How do you charge for your services?:
We typically charge a flat fee with half down and the balance on a payment plan. Fees are based upon the case. Each case is difference and accordingly the fee may change client to client. We accept all forms of payment including cash, check, credit card and debit card.
Why should a prospective client choose your firm to handle their case?:
Clients should consider cost, competency of their attorney in the area that they are seeking and experience of that attorney. I have 30 years of experience in the legal profession, all of it in the local Pierce County/Tacoma area. I have been a prosecuting attorney and a Pro Tem Judge in addition to being a Defense Attorney. We charge reasonable fees and are willing to work with each client separately to insure they have a workable payment plan with us.
How would you describe the level of communication you have with your clients?:
We have a very good level of communication with our clients. Communication with clients is one of the most important aspects of my job. I make it a priority to return each email and phone call on the day that I receive it.
