How do you charge for your services?:
All our cases our handled on a contingency fee basis. This means you pay nothing unless we are able to recover money for you. If we lose, you owe us nothing at all. However, we have a 99% success rate so we are highly confident that we will be able to win your case if we accept it.
Why should a prospective client choose your firm to handle their case?:
When choosing a lawyer you should find one who is experienced and has a history of successful results. When you choose Estey & Bomberger you get both of those components. We also take a lot of pride in getting to know you so that we can do the best job possible of telling your story. That's important especially if your case ends up going to trial. While we try to settle cases as quickly and efficiently as possible if the insurance company offers fair compensation, if they don't then we will take them to trial. There are law firms out there that just try to settle everything, even if the insurance company offer is lower than it should be. When that happens, it's the injured victim who ends up getting the short end of the stick.
How would you describe the level of communication you have with your clients?:
We take a lot of pride in the communication we have with our clients. We communicate by phone, email, or text. If we happen to be unavailable when a client calls us, we make it a point to return messages from our clients as soon as we possibly can.
